Spring.
I watched the Sound of Music yesterday, and it made me want to revisit my childhood and Salzburg, Austria. Everything in that movie reminds me of a certain part of my life. I remember wanting to watch the last bit of the first VCR of the Sound of Music just to watch the puppet-show again and again. I remember my parents surprising me by finding and taking me to the exact gazebo that the song “I am sixteen going on seventeen” was filmed on my seventeenth birthday in Austria. I remember having my very first crush on Friedrich Von Trapp… So many moments I cherish and love.
